Little miss bossy has an 'unterstufen'* party tonight. The dresscode for year 6 is 'pyjama party' and I gather most of the girls are planning to wear onesies, heaven only knows what the poor boys are going to wear.

Got my eyes tested this morning, one eye has got better, one worse, the good news is that I'm not yet so decrepit that I need to wear my specs all day, the bad news is that I now need a pair for reading (I almost told the guy that with my kindle app I can (& do) increase the font to a comfortable size, but I thought no) and a pair for driving, ho hum.


* unterstufen = lower school = years 5&6.
