An old one but not a good one?

I'm back looking at felled trees today. There's a lot of them around just now, this one is in the town gardens on a seldom used path that trails behind one of our multination hotel chains. There are a few sizable trees in the gardens, so this one, along with some of its friends, have prsumably been cut down for safety reasons. The first person to correctly count all the rings gets a prize!
