Our Daily Bread

For me, nothing much happens of a friday, a lie in, a stroll to work and a tough shift at work is usually how things go. Today was no exception. I was lucky enough to be gifted this blip by the head baker at work who was stocking up ready for opening as we were preparing to go home. Normally I am not really a fan of sourdough breads but, as ever, if you get a good one they are fantastic and he never disappoints there. After taking this, breakfast on the walk home was a mini one of these sourdoughs, a great way to start the weekend.
