Queen of hearts ....

She made some tarts all on a summers day!!!
Yes we have had a very summery day today, and I have made a number of French Apple Tarts with a raspberry glaze for our big twinning fundraising dinner this evening. Just have to cut them into portions now without breaking them up too much!!!
