Hey Pesto!

This is our first attempt at homemade pesto - it worked a treat. We altered the traditional recipe to create our own based on our preferences. So this one has spinach, walnut, olive oil, and Parmesan. If I say so myself it is tasty!

Earlier today we had lunch with one of friends, Scouse (real name James!), as he was in Glasgow for the day for a meeting. Really great to catch up with him as we hadn't seen him since July. I love how easy it is just to pick up where we left off. The sign of a good friend!
