Orange County, Tampere -

- does not really exist, but the name seemd too tempting to be passed! Actually these are workmen's barracks at the tunnel works site in Näsipuisto.

Orange and green are my two favourite colours - not much green around us yet. The gloomy barracks managed to look quite delicious with the orange walls around them, though.

Somehow we always seem to be drawn to the tunnel work site on our walks - no wonder, beacuse of all the construction works going on around us: also Näsilinna Palace is undergoing renovation and will be opened for the public with a cafe and a restaurant in 2015, I think.

Yesterday we saw 'August:Osage County'. It was quite good, but the play that it was based on, had a bit too much material in it. There were lots of leads, which did not lead anywhere. Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts were good, though, as was Ewan McGregor, one of my favourite actors!

Seafood risotto at Restaurant Como afterwards was delicious - as was the Irish Coffee at Kivi. I have never made risotto before, so tried it according to Jamie Oliver's recipe today at Tyven - and it turned out really well. Prepared it together with A. - and enjoyed it with a glass of white wine. Wonderful, lazy weekend!
