WEEK 101: lost 1 stone 11 lbs
AIM: To get to 13:7:0 by my May holiday!
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2/2/4/2
COUNTDOWN: 148 miles

Did quite well with the walking but not with the weight. Think last weeks hotel treat has kicked in. Also got a stressful week at work next week so I'm sure I will have another difficult week with my weight so even to stay the same will be good.

Roll on Lent!!!

Still aiming to get to 13:7:0 by my May holiday. Here goes!!!!!
