Another good walking week (the sunshine definitely helps) and lost that pound from last week!

Lent resolution to "not eat between meals" means I don't deny myself but it has to be part of my meal. Also no puds in the week.

Still aiming to get to 13:7:0 by my May holiday. Here goes!!!!!
