Bumbling along!

This very large bumble bee was much fonder of climbing from flower to flower and when he did try to fly he would drop to the ground! Its a marvel how these slow heavy creatures manage to fly at all! Pretty pleased with this shot. I have been back to the same spot a few times now as I love the soft pinks and greens.
