Watendlath Tarn

We drove all the way up to Watendlath Tarn to start our walk from there. We had no choice at the Borrowdale road was closed for repairs.

We walked away from the tarn, as this shot shows, and up to Dock Tarn, then down to Rosthwaite and back up to Watendlath. Again, lovely weather but very windy!
