Wrong Turn

Running in the 17k Tri Trail run this morning (reduced to 15k after a change to the course). Was running really well and then a group of us got lost, so instead of finishing 20th ended up 31st, bit of a pain but a fun run all the same. Trail shoes are now in the bin, become a bit too leaky and slippy.

Took Arlo clothes shopping for a wedding outfit in the afternoon, never an easy task, but a promise of a trip to the balloon man smoothed things over. When we were walking through the shops, Arlo started to dance like crazy to this Vampire Weekend number, makes a change from Gangnam Style and Get Lucky
