What A Beautiful Day

Today has been the most beautiful day, the sun was shining and it was so warm.

Yesterday I left my earrings at the pool and because it was so warm I decided to cycle back to the pool and pick them up. Well I didn't realise just how long it would take or how far it was. I finally returned two hours later with my earrings and a very sore bum! I obviously need a new saddle or some of Davina McCalls magic cream she was talking about on the Jonathan Ross Show last night!...I'll explain when I speak to you!

As I came back a lot later than I thought I would I made us late for our visit to see our friends Dan and Jessie. It wasn't helped by meeting a friend I hadn't seen for years in Tesco when I went to buy some flowers for Jessie. The last time I saw Barbara we were on a plane coming home from Australia. Anyway after catching up for about 45 mins we were even later for our visit to our friends.

Good job Jessie and Dan are easy going and didn't mind us being late. We had a lovely drive down to Ipswich with the roof down it was that warm.

They have a lovely home and have just about everything ready for the new arrival which is due in about three weeks time. We had such a nice time. The next time we see them they will be a little family.

I just had to blip the daffodil. It's from Max's little bed. I love seeing all the bulbs we planted for him pop up. Our dear boy Max....how we all loved him x
