For Kailen

Hi Tom

Hundreds of people gathered at Baddow Rec tonight to light lanterns for Kailen. I know you would have gone if you had been here. The sky was lit up with so many lanterns. So sad. People have been asked to stop laying flowers at the crash site as they are worried it could cause another accident.

Four more teaching Saturdays left for me. I will miss the children so much though....especially my little ones and Conner. Conner doesn't take well to change. He's a special needs lad. He's 16 now and still really enjoys his swimming. I'm dreading telling him I'm leaving.

Had a lovely dinner waiting for me when I got home tonight. I hope dad still cooks on a Saturday when I give up work or I might have to ask for my job back x
