Roo and it's Joey

Set off in our road trip at 5.30am. Drove for 7 hours to get to Carnarvon Gorge! Crazy how straight the roads are. You almost forget how to turn when you come across a bend in the road. It was a really pretty drive for the last 40km along a dirt track to get into carnarvon gorge. When we arrived at the campsite we set up our tents before doing the BBQ. We had sausages with masses of onions on bread. Good grub!! We then sat and watched the stars.
So many kangaroos here. Watched some of them have a fight which was very entertaining. They use their tail to balance to then kick! They can be quite dangerous as they have big claws so you don't want to mess with them.
