Finch

The hotel was great for spotting wildlife; red squirrels, blue tits and finch. Unfortunately the squirrels were a little too fast but I did manage to capture a finch pinching a nut. I’ve had a pleasurable stay at this lovely hotel and will look forward to a return visit someday.

We took the opportunity to visit Keswick before heading back home. We chose to stop off at The Rose Tree for Sunday lunch which was a great way to end a fantastic weekend.
