Mélange

I took this for the MonoMonday Architecture challenge. This is downtown Washington, D.C. near DuPont Circle, where there is quite an assortment of architectural styles, some more interesting than others. I took this while in a rush to a doctor's appointment and didn't notice the two flags until later. Now I will have to go back to actually identify the building.
