Spring in my step
It can be quite difficult to fit in exercise and training when I have a busy work week which involves travel, early starts and getting home late. However it is something which is really important to me and so I try to plan my training week ahead every Sunday night so I know what I can fit in and when.
This morning that meant a 6am run and circuit training session. It was actually really nice waking up with the sun shining and having a glimpse of Spring and nicer weather to come.
