Has Spring sprung?

Walking is like running just much slower, however it is much easier to carry a camera and stop and take photo's.

I thought I'd give myself one more recovery day before getting back to running but didn't want to miss out on the sunshine this morning and so went for a bit of a speed walk instead.

The weather feels completely different today, so nice to feel the sun on the face, with blue skies, loads of birds, fresh shoots of flowers starting to come through and this little squirrel going about his business.
