Crack O' Dawn

There is nothing like a bit of fine weather and lengthening days to get a chap up early.

So I was out this morning on my bicycle in good time to see the sun rise.

One is mindful of the old joke - "Every summer morning I like to open the bedroom window and throw my chest out"

So it will not be too long before I start to receive sarcastic comments from the lay-a-beds...
