At the Foot of the Cross.

Twas a busy, busy day at work today, and although I was planning on going to the gym, it wasn't to be... there was a power failure at the gym at work! Escaped, well maybe my muscles will get a chance to recover from Monday's circuits!

I planned on getting away an hour early today but was thwarted by events!

Got home and realised there were no blips in my camera so I headed down to NBC to help with the Alpha group, sneaked into the church and took this picture. It was the penultimate week of Alpha, and amazing changes are taking place within the group...how encouraging!

Well no need to pack the gym bag for tomorrow as it's already in the car unused..so off to bed now. Night All!
