Listening to Different Voices

My new administrator for the day was perusing the notes we'd taken yesterday and showing us where views were similar and different.

His refreshing take on things made me laugh - a definite positive. He and I also had a chat about what we need to do for Adult Learners' Week to make sure learners are listened to, and we found a favourite quote that we both liked.
