The quote is from Obelix, an underrated philosopher I reckon. More to him than meets the eye.

So it fits my miniature daffodils. They're the best because they're the first. First isn't always best of course, but when you want some colour in the garden after a long, grey, wet winter, it's hard to argue against it.

I have plenty more daffodils to come. Sorry.
