The level of surveillance which us Brits accept is remarkable. Would not be tolerated elsewhere.

The Blip is one entrance to Waverley Station in Edinburgh. Sometimes I buy a coffee when I get off the train, and then take it along there to drink if I'm leaving the station in that direction - away from the hurly burly of the station proper and all the diesel fumes.

Network Rail has done huge amount of renovation on the fabric over recent years. Credit to them.
