He's Behind You

I joined the girls for coffee and scones this morning ....... along with Chicken Man.

He got into all sorts of situations like snowboarding across the remains of the scrambled egg (that is just wrong!), using a birdbath as a nest and singing 'Smoke On The Water' on the pond feature (that was a bit OTT).
But he nearly came to grief after trying to take on the fox.

In the afternoon I was doing a spot of weeding but became distracted by the noise coming from the pond.
I think there was a bit of a domestic going on over who should be babysitting - and Bert was getting hell for standing on the kids.
Then they stopped talking to each other before Bert headed off on his own for a bit of quiet at his local ...... the Lonely Lily
