Mardi Gras!

My best friend and her husband lived in New Orleans for a while and so we decided we had to go to a New Orleans-style restaurant to celebrate Mardi Gras. Marcela's Cajun and Creole Restaurant in Seattle is an authentic place. They ship their shrimp from the Gulf Coast. They even have New Orleans beer. I had the crawfish etuoffee, an authentic dish.
