Friday smile

I unwrapped the top of my Friday night bottle of Prosecco and was greeted by this cheeky smile.

Now consuming a poor man's Kir Royale (prosecco and Creme de Cassis) and watching Hidden Histories - lost photos of WWI. I have already watched Photographing Africa. Both are in iPlayer, BBC4 and would recommend them highly.

Today was sad as two colleagues left, although one will return towards the end of the year as she has started her maternity leave. I will miss both of them.

This is my last weekend before the next stage of my treatment...this time next week I will be full of chemicals and will have been thrown into a very early menopause. Hard to take at 41.
