This is the life!

The view from the infinity swimming pool!

My friend has been to this resort on St Lucia before, so is somewhat laid back about it, but for me it is all so new and exciting.

Their mission statement is: “Give us your body for a week and we’ll give you back your mind”

To this effect they provide a full programme of spa treatments, exercise classes, yoga and individual fitness regimes as well as a vast array of sports, which are all supervised by well trained staff and free for all.

We have spent the day booking massages, sports tuition and deciding what exercise classes we are going to attend for the rest of our stay.

There are 3 swimming pools and the beach is about 20 yards from our room.

So much for a relaxing time!
