Went to the car show this afternoon and enjoyed it tremendously. There was a mix of new and old(er). Besides the newest models of major dealers, there was a small group of older Porsches, another of VWs including wagons, and another of "vintage" cars including a Model A Ford, a MG TF, a '31 Packard. These were all privately owned and primped like new. Also available a red/black Ducati motorcycle, a couple of Bentleys, Ferraris, Lambos, Maseratis, and the Lexus LFA. There was also a new Nissan panel van which looked really useable and had plenty of headroom to stand inside and work.
Behind one of the water fountains along the floor, (which didn't work, by the way) we found a tile panel by an artist friend of ours which was a pleasant surprise.
Then off to other errands . . .
