A gorgeous day...

but a wasted day.....

Since 10.30am I've been waiting for a text from a friend telling me she's home so I can pop round with her birthday present. If I'd known that I was going to have to wait all day then I would have gone out frolicking on this beautiful day.

Instead I've been sat here waiting and waiting... But I have managed to get a few jobs done plus I got to see the GB team win Bronze in the curling, and I've bobbed in and out of the rugby that's been on all afternoon.

So time for an emergency blip and back to the flower vase!
