Street with a view

I'm really enjoying the view from our new window. It means that when a bunch of firemen (and firewomen) come knocking on your door you can nosey at what's happening outside.

Not exactly sure what was going on but they needed to know who owned the scooter at the bottom of the stair.

The lovely Kat came round to visit today so she could see the new flat before they run away to New Zealand next week. It was lovely to see her and great to catch up, I'm going to really miss her once she's gone. I meant to ask her if I could take a photo of her lovely broach but I forgot so the sneaky shot of the fire engine will have to do.
