Ready of Not

Even though here in the states we're in the middle of the harvest festivities of Thanksgiving weekend, we know that is just a moment the scene will transform from amber, cinnamon, and rust hues to the green, red, and ivory shades of Christmas.

It will happen as quickly as a blink of the eye. On a national level we pull the shade, say "Good night" and then, wake-up the next morn to a new season.

The end of November and the end of December are similar in their ability to catapult our society into the future.

So we're holding on tight, buckling our seatbelt--Christmas and 2010 are rapidly approaching.

And as much as we love November, there couldn't be a better month to follow it than December -- filled with celebrations and majesty.
