Bonfire

I haven't had a good bonfire in ages! There is something so satisfying in getting rid of rubbish. In this case it was all the strimmings from the other day, together with the 5 old Christmas trees I dragged out of various ditches around the house, an old gate and scrap wood. I didn't mean to end up doing this at 10pm, but the forecast was for wind and rain overnight. Tomorrow it will be too wet to burn and probably all over someone else's garden.
