Galley

The first request I got for a more detailed picture was of our former Chief Cook John Blom. The galley of the Kolga might not be the biggest, but the ergonomics are very good. From the galley you have direct access to the cooling and freezing compartments and in between is a pallet size hatch underneath our deck crane where the deck crew can lower the pallets with provisions right before the doors of the coolers and freezers. We have two dutch cooks with both a Malaysian back to back and that works fine.
