Hot and Hazy

It has been a fantastic day of hot sunshine and not a breath of wind. Well, maybe enough for this boat at sea, but nothing to speak of onshore.

We played padel as usual this morning. My first match was a tough one. I was playing a bit out of my league, but I did OK and we won in the end. A second match was won on a tie break, but then I tweaked a muscle in my thigh and didn't do very well in the last match.

The painting on the roof is finished and we eagerly await Malcolm to come and assemble the raised decking, which will give us uninterrupted views of the sea, while retaining enough space below for the sun loungers.
