Sweating again...

Decided that enough was enough and I needed to get back to the gym.
I did 15 minutes on the static bike and 10 minutes on the cross trainer.
It was lovely to feel out of breath and sweaty again - and those endorphins really kicked in!
I'll just have to wait and see what the effect is on my sciatic pain ...
