Patrick's Saltire
The City of Bradford seems to possess a large collection of flags, and is keen to display them on appropriate days. Previously I've brought you a St. David's Day Welsh dragon, and today it was the turn of St. Patrick.
At one end of City Hall we had the Irish Tricolour, and at the other the less familiar (to me at least) unadorned Saint Patrick's Saltire. I recognise that this flag has a somewhat complex history, but it seems to be being flown here in the non partisan spirit.
