A troop of Tuk Tuks?

We are staying in a beautiful French Colonial Hotel built in 1927.
The decor and ambience is of the period, and when I looked down on the entrance and saw these Tuk Tuks I thought it was probably a similar sight in the 1930's ……but maybe not powered by 2010 Honda!
