SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Went to Northampton today to meet Katherine, the agent who will be dealing with the renting of our son's house. She was so helpful and kind, which made our job so much easier.

Thanks to Katherine we got things sorted in good time and she even helped to load the car! Most of the "stuff" left in the house had to be removed and consequently, we have come home with a bootful - but thankfully it is now sorted into piles - "rubbish", "charity shop" and "keep just in case". It was a shame we couldn't manage the Ikea chair!

We then went to the local M & S and treated Katherine to a toastie and a latte, as we probably won't need to meet her again; she had such a lovely smile, I couldn't resist asking if she would be my blip for today.

She is a real credit to the company she works for and what a wonderful world it would be if everyone smiled as much as she did!
