Spotted these guys dismantling a load of scaffolding on Wood Street this morning, so sneaked a quick photo.

Came home this evening to find more work had happened in the flat - they've now stripped nearly all the windows, and more of our ceiling has been stripped, too. Exciting stuff! (They're still keeping everything beautifully clean and tidy, so it actually is exciting, rather than disruptive.) :)
