Pancake Day!

Shrove Tuesday, aka Pancake Day, comes belatedly to the Jackson house this year.

OK I admit it, we forgot on the day, until everyone else started posting their pancake pictures, by which time we had already eaten dinner.

Better late than never, then, here is mine, an english pancake fresh out of the pan served with a sprinkle of sugar and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Squidleys of course had theirs with maple syrup. Ewwww!

Yes we really do only eat pancakes once a year. Look out for them again, this time next year, late of course, as usual!
