Twigs Is Back Too!

Yesterday, I was working at the Northwick Park Hospital and my meetings went very well :-)

I have only been there once before many, many years ago. My grand-dad lived in Kingsbury which is not so far away from the hospital. He called my Mum one afternoon saying he was having trouble seeing so Mum phoned me up and we drove to his flat to check him out (this was when I was living in the Cambridge area, not in Scotland!). When we got there, his eyes were puffy so we took him along to the hospital. There, they told us he had been there the day before as he'd had a chip pan fire and had burned the top of his head slightly! We hadn't gone into the kitchen so we didn't realise that had happened! The cream they had given him for his head had reacted with his eyes which was why they were puffy.

So that was another trip down Memory Lane for me :-)

Today I have been working at home. However, this last week or so, I have been having a funny mixture of migraines & cluster headaches & I am really hoping they will go away soon.......

I thought I should let you know that Twigs is well & as always, is the perfect companion. Her current favourite place is on a purple cushion under a wee table on which sits my printer near my desk!
