Chocolate Pancakes

Recently, I found a fabulous recipe for American-Style Pancakes on the interweb. It's a Jamie Oliver recipe & I love it!

This morning, I decided to have chocolate pancakes for breakfast & with raspberries, pomegranate seeds & crème fraiche, they were delicious!

They were my reward for finishing my packing......as I'm off to Iceland for 5 days! I'm at Edinburgh Airport just now, taking advantage of the 2 hours of free WiFi :-)

There is a group of 12 of us going, including my good pal Sailfish! We have 3 days of diving planned plus sightseeing & horse riding (for some of us!) & I am really looking forward to this trip!!
