Definite signs of Spring

Given the awful weather we had here in Lancashire yesterday I decided I would get my Blip nice and early today as the weather was supposed to deteriorate later in the morning - thankfully the weather people got it wrong yet again.

Took a slight detour into Cuerden Valley on my way into work this morning as it was so nice and although there is still not much in the way of signs of spring yet I did see the beginnings of life on the trees, am not too sure which tree this is but possibly sycamore.
