A Must-to-Share!!

Today was definitely Albert's Day!

It was the IT Fair day in School and Grade Four showed off their Power Point Presentations whilst Grade 5's showed off their self made computer games using the Scratch Programme.

There were some incredible creations...(scary in a way to think how techno savvy some 9-12 year olds are!! )...and the whole day was dedicated to the rest of the school 'visiting' their exhibits!

Each child had to explain their work, entertain the visitors and impress the judges! There were prizes and certificates up for grabs!

Alberts' maze proved to be very challenging. He flummoxed the IT team, his class teacher, his numerous friends and his Headmistress......in all, only two people managed to get through to level two!!

At the end of the day....the grand finale revealed that Albert came second in his class and he proudly went home with a framed certificate to that effect.

Earlier in the morning at the whole school assembly he also received his class certificate for making the most outstanding progress in all subjects for the week!!

He's on a roll......no stopping him now....he just needed a major bump start!!

Lets hope it continues tomorrow when I will be absenting myself from school to keep an appointment with my Oncologist in Abu Dhabi.

Here's hoping my results are as positive as Alberts'!!

On second thoughts....I definitely need mine to be negative!!
