It's a Step-blip

So I actually didn't take this pic. Credit is due to my wicked stepfather who has suffered from heart problems this last week or two. The result was this wonderful still life sketch by an anonymous artist (probably a doctor judging by the impossibly hard to read writing). They say a picture paints a thousand words but in this case it paints three... Triple Heart Bypass!
