Pasta Bake

At the weekend I bought some new oven dishes and have set myself the task of using them al this week. At the same time I plan to eat my way through the freezer as a prelude to defrosting it.

The sprouts were left over from Christmas 2 years ago so had to go. and became the surprise hit my first ever pasta bake.

Sadly I used the largest dish so will be living on sprout and chickpea pasta bake till the weekend.
