Corin has been busy and raised the cooker hood/extractor by about a foot as it was just too low and not effective.

By 10 am I had driven 100 miles from home to hospital and then all the way back up to work.

Was informed that my pain levels and other symptoms are likely to increase for at least the first two weeks and this has turned out to be the case this evening. Am back to having a pregnancy belly and ridiculous pain. Fingers crossed that it is only a fortnight! Not feeling great though - dizzy and woozy and generally feeling off balance. And my right butt cheek hurts from where the injection was.

Oh, and unsurprisingly, I had to explain the whole awful story again from start to finish. Joined up services ? No chance .
