Leonardo Da Vinci Comes to Arizona

The Bluewater Resort and Casino, Parker, Arizona is hosting a travelling exhibit of the creative work of Leonardo Da Vinci (1452 - 1519). We took that in this afternoon. D was interested in the mechanical/engineering aspects. I was more interested in the artistic endeavours.

There are 60 models (some working and some 'do not touch') and 23 copies of artistic masterpieces on display. I was pleasantly surprised that cameras were allowed.

It was quite a stunning reminder of human progress to see these items some 500 years later.
