I'm at the Dakota hotel, Eurocentral, for the final week of the Saltire Fellowship programme, which started here nearly 18 months ago. It's been a good first day back, as a professor who has taken us on quite a journey in terms of leadership skills is back with us rounding out that module of the programme.
