Not quite Swan Lake....

Noticed the ballerina on top of the Victoria Palace Theatre dancing amongst all the cranes - the Victoria station area is a real building site at the moment. Apparently the civil servants are to be replaced by fashion so it's away with the old buildings and in with shiny curvy modern glass building (and luxury apartments of course).
